Building and services – KLEUSBERG in the 21st century.

KLEUSBERG GmbH & Co. KG – a subsidiary of KLEUSBERG Holding – is today one of the most effective companies for modular construction and flexible room system solutions.

Mobile building rental has been a constantly growing area of business for 40 years. KLEUSBERG offers temporary accommodation for innumerable fields of application from an individual room unit to buildings with several hundred square metres. KLEUSBERG is a leading supplier with a current pool of over 24.000 wholly owned mobile rented units. These rented units are supplied to industry, trade, public contracting authorities, service providers and the construction industry.

Today, KLEUSBERG employs over 900 people and is currently training 60 young people in various vocations. KLEUSBERG invests in the future – which is why training centres have been established at its locations in Dölbau and Wissen-Wisserhof. The modern workshops and training rooms provide the ideal conditions for practice-oriented vocational training in technical professions.

In order to better satisfy steadily growing demand over the last 3 years, KLEUSBERG has opened Plant 4 in Wissen-Frankenthal, with over 7,500 m² of production area, as well as an additional factory site in Hövels near Wissen – Plant 5 – with around 30,000 m² of floor space for the order-specific completion of rented units and their reconditioning and storage.

The company has remained a family-run business ever since it was founded in 1948. In 2014 it generated sales of EUR 135 million, EUR 40 million of which came from the rental of mobile rented buildings/rented containers.

The project and rental team moved into a custom-built, modular building with state-of-the-art fittings at the Remseck am Neckar site at the end of 2014. As with the KLEUSBERG Innovation Forum at its Wissen-Wisserhof site, the new spacious rooms enable customers to obtain comprehensive information about options on the basis of an actual example building.

Further expansionary measures are planned at the Wissen and Kabelsketal sites in the course of 2015/2016 to enable principals and customers to use their buildings and rooms within a very short time and to offer our constantly growing workforce modern workplaces.
