Soundproofing. For concentration at work.

In order to meet increased sound insulation requirements, e.g. in noisy production areas, the TRENDLINE room system offers increased soundproofing. With a rating of R’w 36 dB in addition to the standard variant (R’w 28 dB), it protects against the consequences of lasting exposure to noise.

The TRENDLINE room system with increased sound protection: rated building sound absorption coefficient R’w 36 dB, according to test report no. 6556-1 in accordance with ISO 140-5; e.g. at a frequency of 1250 Hz, R’w 39 dB (building-specific variations are possible)

  • 26 mm double glazing, certified value of 36 dB
  • Bottom door seal in sound protection variant
  • Mineral wool filling with increased specific density/higher weight
  • Sealing package in special sound protection version
  • Suspended acoustic ceiling
  • Optional: vibration isolation cushion to reduce structure-borne sound

The above-mentioned features can be individually combined depending on requirements or the job profile.

In order to provide practice-related soundproofing values, KLEUSBERG always performs tests on the fully installed TRENDLINE room system – taking into account all wall, door and roof elements. Why? Because the methods normally used with other systems to measure individual wall elements yield inaccurate and virtually meaningless results.
